Il Ristorante "La Fontanella" è un locale informato e monitorato dall' Associazione Italiana Celiachia. Tutto il personale è stato formato per la corretta preparazione delle pietanze al fine di evitare qualsiasi contaminazione da glutine. La nostra cucina si avvale in particolar modo di alimenti freschi senza glutine e di elaborati artigianali certificati dal Ministero della Salute.
